We ship orders Australia Wide.
Please note that we currently ONLY ship to Australian addresses.
Goods are shipped within 2 business days, after payment has been received.
Goods are sent via Australia Post. All items are tracked online and you will receive a tracking number via an email from Australia Post. This tracking number allows you to directly track your parcel. Please check your spam email folder, in case your computer sends it there.

Delivery estimates are between 2-10 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and deliveries to remote areas, or extreme circumstances such as adverse weather or Covid Restrictions may delay the delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days you can contact your local post office with your tracking information, if you prefer we can chase it up for you, please contact me at janthinasoaps@gmail.com (It may take a little longer if you take this option and don’t want to check with your local post office direct).

Standard Shipping: Flat Rate - $9.50 Australia Wide.
Express Shipping: (0 - 500g) - $14.00, (500g - 1kg) - $18.00, (1kg+) - $25.00.
Free same day local delivery within 10km of Dunsborough, orders must be in by 3pm and your order will be delivered that day between 3pm & 6pm. Any orders received after 3pm your order will be delivered the following day (between 3pm & 7pm), a $20 minimum order applies.
Pick Up Option: We will arrange to meet in Dunsborough or Busselton for a collection on a day and time that suits you, a $20 minimum order applies.
Returns
For reasons of hygiene, JANTHINA SOAPS does not give refunds, so please choose carefully.
If you have not tried our products before, we recommend purchasing a small order first, to make sure that you are happy with our products.
As our products are all handmade, hand cut and hand packaged, each product is unique and may vary slightly from the images on our website. Please also note that colours of our products may vary on different computer monitors or devices.

Damaged or Defective Items
We will exchange or replace goods if they are damaged, defective or if you were sent the wrong item.
We pack all our products carefully, but if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please email us a photo of the problem with your original order number, and a description of the problem. Once we confirm that the issue is a defect or incorrect item, we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please note that because of the unique nature of hand made products, not all issues are necessarily a defect and the decision will be up to the discretion of JANTHINA SOAPS.
